[Qgis-psc] Idea: rename 3.42 to "Denali"

Hi PSC,

In support of GDAL's 3.10.2 release having the name "Gulf of Mexico",
I would like to propose that the release name of the upcoming 3.42
version is changed to "Denali" (with a splash screen of Mt Denali with
its correct name!).

The motivation behind this is to protest against the political
situation in the United States, and how the policies of this current
US government are directly harming our community, users, and all
future generations who would like to share and enjoy this planet.
