[Qgis-psc] Idea: rename 3.42 to "Denali"

I'm not completely informed in all the geo name changes due to forms of
oppressions, and I agree with you that trump's decision have the same
(negative) value as that applied by putin or whoever, IMHO in this case,
just for opportunism reason, make sense this action because that names had
a great audience making them useful to transmit a message as "do not change
names just because you want to without multilateral consensus"
