[Qgis-psc] Idea: rename 3.42 to "Denali"

Hi Nyall,

I understand your motivation - and I am also annoyed by the current actions
and behavior of a certain administration.

But I would refrain from making political statements with QGIS. It will
lead to more and more discussion on what should be supported and what not -
and who knows, certain statements might create trouble for certain users in
certain regions or situations.
After publishing the "QGIS for peace" newsfeed at the beginning of the
Ukraine war, we got requests to make similar statements in other disputes
or conflicts - and we denied those - for good reasons.

Disclaimer: this is my personal view - it hasn't been discussed yet in the
PSC.

Greetings,
Andreas
