Thanks for your email,
Unfortunately the psc was not aware of Enrico's submission so we did not
know this was happening.
Thanks a lot for letting us known that QGIS was accepted, that is fantastic
news. I will go through the listing and get back to you.
You could already change qgis foundation, to qgis.org association.
The other mail bounced because of the -owners ad the end. Probably it was a
copy paste error.
Could you add the psc at qgis.org email as contact?
