[Qgis-psc] QGIS Feed post promoting local users meeting in Poland

Hi Michal, 
We can grant edit and review privileges in the Feed application, this has already been done for local user groups. 

Anita, Tim, Marco and I are the most active reviewers here and we'd be happy to have more local feed content.
