Hi Michal,
It is up to you to decide. But I would not recommend using Wordpress
really. Wordpress is known for its many vulnerabilities and needs permanent
maintenance. Unless you go for a "hosted" solution where you shuffle off
the responsibility to someone else.
Today I would opt for a solution based on md (markdown) files and templates
- and a static site generator. You could have a git repo where the authors
check in their markdown files and a Github action rebuilds and deploys the
static site.
QGIS itself is using Hugo for this purpose, in my day project (Atlas of
Switzerland) we are using Astro. See https://gohugo.io/ and
https://astro.build/ - the QGIS user group Switzerland is using Jekyll (
https://jekyllrb.com/).
But finally it is up to you to decide. The site generators may be more
complicated to start, but after that investment was made, it pays off by
having a more secure solution than Wordpress.
Greetings,
Andreas
