[Qgis-psc] Just Use Postgres book: permission to use screenshots of QGIS

Hi Andreas,

Thanks a lot for the quick reply and confirming that I can use the
screenshots in the book!

Also, thanks for providing the feedback. I'll keep using that screenshot
with the warning purposely explaining what it implies to the reader and why
it's important to address it. I'll highlight that the readers need to use
the authentication manager or at a minimum take advantage of the "convert
to configuration" button.

Lastly, thanks a lot for building QGIS. I enjoyed using it while working on
the book and will do my best to spread the word about it.
