Hi Richard,

yes we receive such messages each week at least.

Improving the website security FAQ is indeed the best path, I agree. If 
you have ideas to improve, I'll be happy to participate in a PR with you.

Unfortunately, modern world seems to be full of laziness and people 
delegating responsability to others by asking to fill broken forms is 
rising. psc email address seems too easy to access, we also receive more 
off topic questions than before. Maybe we should obfuscate it more.
