[qgis-qwc2] qgiswc2 in docker

I'm trying to create a docker image for qgiswc2 since it is the only way 
I'm authorize to test GIS stuff in my organisation. 

The docker runs, I see this
Entrypoints:
  webpack-dev-server (325 kB)
      webpack-dev-server.js

  webpack (322 kB)
      webpack.js

  QWC2App (5.89 MB)
      QWC2App.js

webpack: bundle is now VALID.

but probably something is missing or misconfigured in the dockerfile cause 
localhost:8081 doesn't work.

Here is the Dockerfile if someone is interested to have a look at it and 
help to fix. at the bottom of the Dockerfile I provided the commands to 
build and run the docker
