[Qgis-tr] QGIS Translation update

Hi to all QGIS Translators out there!

I updated the strings in the trunk repository to slowly prepare for the
next release..
Please consider doing a svn up (if you have not done it already) and if
you have time you can already start to do some translations.
Personally i expect not too many string changes until the next release
(although there can be some)
