[Qgis-tr] slowly approaching 2.0

Dear developers!

As of today we are in feature freeze for the great QGIS 2.0 release. (no it
is not a first april's joke) ;)

It is expected that the String freeze (which is more important for us
translators) is assumed to start with 30th April.
So this message is just to give you probably more time to keep up with the
translations strings and be prepared.

This time the bug fixing phase (and string freeze phase) will take longer
than usual due to the many changes made in the source code.

This message is just to inform you that things are still moving on and QGIS
still needs you as the translator to bring it into different languages.
