[Qgis-tr] translating the content of the QGIS wiki ?

Hi,

in general it might be possible, but we plan to overhaul the content since
many sites are not uptodate and we want to integrate some static content into
the documentation environment at github.

We don't have enough people working on these topics right now so I guess the
chance to additionally provide a translation environment for the current wiki
is pretty low, unless you have some time to help?
