[Qgis-tr] Follow up to the String Freeze!

Typos report:

In function_help context, in the 'clamp() function' there is an example :

 clamp(1,11,10) → 10 (<i>input</i> is greater than maximum value of
10, so function returns 11)<br>


It must be 10, isn't it??
