[Qgis-tr] Want to take part in Tranlation Team

Hi,
I'm Nguyen Van Thi, come from Vietnam. I'm very interested in QGIS and want to translate it's language into my language (Vietnamese), that easy to use for the users in Vietnam. So, I would like to take part in Translation Team.
Please show my how do I to do that.
