[Qgis-tr] linguist vs. transifex in GUI translation

Oh sorry .. I knew I forgot something ..

I already setup a QGIS Project long time ago (when transifex was started).
It is still under my own account.

https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/QGIS/

If it is successful I will move it to the official QGIS account ..
Currently I switched off translations to prevent duplicate work
because transifex is still not the official way for GUI translation.
But I will clean that account and only stick with languages where the
coordinator agreed to use ONLY transifex for translation.
Probably we will find ways to merge both ways of translation later..

Sorry for not sending the link ..
I am looking if I can activate translation for only specific languages ..
