[Qgis-tr] I would like to help in translating

[Yu-Hsuan Tu]

Hi,

I'm a QGIS user and would like to help translating it to Traditional
Chinese. About Box says that Traditional Chinese is translated by Nung-yao
Lin and so far is just 35.5% completion. How do I get start to coordinate
with him? Any advice would be appreciated.
