[Qgis-tr] Participating in Spanish Translation Team GISMOOD

I have been doing some translation via Transifex for the QGIS
documentation. It is quite easy to use, just go to transifex site Richard
mentioned, create an account and join the Spanish team, there is a lot to
do there.
