[Qgis-tr] Participating in Spanish Translation Team

Hi Minerva,

it is possible that coordinators in the Transifex project haven't noticed
the request. Richard?

My colleague has also request to join the spanish qgis-documentation team a
few days ago and I don't see him accepted yet.

Are the maintainers able to see these requests?
