[Qgis-tr] Future of QGIS Translation!

Hi!

QGIS is translated on transifex [0]
There you can find the Desktop Application, the Webpage and the
Documentation Project.
If you want to help bringing one of these into your language just assign
for a transifex account and join the corresponding team.
Then it should be straight forward to add translations to transifex.
In some special cases you might want to coordinate with the language
coordinator, but you can directly write messages to the coordinator in
transifex.
