Hi Alexandre,

I'm currently busy moving over all translators from the (obsolete)
'QGIS-Website' team which are not already a member of the 'QGIS-Docs and
Website' team.
And deleting the obsolete team and members behind me... (well sometimes
the other way around :-( so maybe some of the pt_PT translators get
messages that they are removed and added again...).

Anyway, it's all done by hand so tomorrow I'll do the rest.
