Hi,
To discuss such general questions I would suggest to use the qgis-tr
mailinglist.
Maybe other languages could benefit from the suggestions too.
And yes - I think the TX system is going the way of guiding you to
just DO the work if something is wrong and not pointing out things and
delegate them to others ;)
