[Qgis-tr] Missing images for the Romanian language

Hi,
I think that* ALL translators SHOULD* read at least once the translation
guidelines
<http://docs.qgis.org/2.14/en/docs/documentation_guidelines/do_translations.html>
because it exposes basic rules to follow for a non buggy translation.
I'd proposed (without success) in a previous thread to have a mention in
transifex that invites new (and old) translators to consult that page.
Might worth...
