[Qgis-tr] Typo in qgis-application .ts-file

Agree, those shortcuts are not that urgent; it's not like everybody is 
modifying their program options every 2 minutes ;-)

But when you have shortcuts like these, logically they should be on all 
three options.
Unless the logic is that one of the options is a default one, and there 
are shortcuts on the *other* items...

Maybe these are simply redundant.
