[Qgis-tr] Documentation 2.14 update of strings in Transifex

Hi Documentation Translators,

Otto mentioned to me a paragraph in the manual which seemed
untranslatable... It appeared that since the last string update TO
transifex, there have been some (minor [0] :-)) edits which make a our
strings different from the ones in TX hence the tx translations (of the
old string...) are being ignored.

So I just created new 2.14 english po files and pushed them to Transifex.

Looking at dutch (which had 100% translation, and now show 152 strings
to translate) there are 152 (1%) sentences/paragraphes changed.

So 100%-hunters: please fix these :-)

ps whenever the visual changelog is ready (OR if this takes some time
sooner, I can also update the website strings so we can add some 2.18
texts/banners)?
