[Qgis-tr] Lots of new translators

Dear Language Coordinators,

I've seen that a lot of new translators are willing to join the translation
and would therefor like to encourage you to take a look in your
administrative panel in transifex and maybe accept the new translators.
To name the languages with the most volunteers waiting:
Chinese (traditional and modern)
Korean
Portuguese (Brazil)

Please take a look and help to get more translators in.
