[Qgis-tr] Ellipsis character causing problems

Hi,

It seems that whenever there is an ellipsis character (…) in the string 
to be translated, which happens often in menus, the string is not 
translated. This happens in my Linux Mint 18.1 environment - the Windows 
nightly build seems to be ok. The problem is not related to not having 
ellipsis (but three dots) in the translation.

Any ideas?
