[Qgis-tr] Visual Changelog published and translatable

FYI: thanks to some hard working volunteers we have a Visual Changelog
for 3.10 again:

PS I'm aware that the images are rather 'big' for a website, and that we
'could' use thumbnails and something as fancybox to make this look
better. I found https://pythonhosted.org/sphinxcontrib-images/ and am
looking for help to dive into that.
The projecta site does have thumbnails, see:

But I could not find if the sphinx extention makes it possible to use
the thumbnail for the initial webpage and then the real image for use in
the fancybox...
