[Qgis-tr] Available resources

ciao,
I agree that having available the strings of versions 3.4 and 3.8 could be
useful, but making massive corrections or validation is then interrupted by
the warning that says that those strings are blocked both for saving and
for validation.
if this involves manual and expensive work I would say that it is not a
problem and that we can easily bear it.
