[Qgis-tr] Publication of the translation of the strings and documentation

Ah and I forgot: it is building NOW, so if the version at 

https://docs.qgis.org/3.10/it/docs/

does not reflect your current translation work, plz let us know.

Also you can see in the footer when the last build was.

IF something is wrong, it IS possible that the build fails because of some errors from the translations. That is why I encourage language coordinators also to build their language themselves locally, because they are the only ones to be able to fix translation/build errors.
