[Qgis-tr] Important: translation of QGIS-Documentation changes

Hi, Richard. Thank you for your contributions.
I have two questions.

How can I know when I can start to translate again? Can I get some notification here?

Po files for my target language have already been copied into the locale directoryof the 3.10 project in GitHub:
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation/blob/release_3.10/locale/.
I checked some files and I found the translations are kept in Github but are almost vanished in Transfix.
For example:
