[Qgis-tr] Fix Sardinian language appearance on LTR

Hello,

I noticed that the Sardinian language was added to the current LTR 3.10.11.

Unfortunately, no flag, language name or translator list is shown for the
resource.
I have created a pull request (https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/39761) to
add some of that information (flag and translation). Could be possible to
accept it?

Also, considering that, currently, the translation is over 35% in all the
versions, I think that could be better to fix as soon as possible the
problem to don't bring it also in the other versions.

And, by the way, sorry for repeated messages about Sardinian language but it
seems to me to be the only channel to ask help to complete the language
integration.
