Hi Sebul,

I will look into it further, but if I download the PO file from transifex to be used in building, I receive your translation:
https://www.transifex.com/qgis/qgis-website/site_getinvolved_translate/ko/download/for_use/

Not sure where something get stuck but I will have a look. If all fails I will remove current site version and do a full fresh rebuild.
