[Qgis-tr] Add Sardinian Language to GUI

Hi Paolo,

good point! 
In the last years the Sardinian language question improved a bit and now
it's more officially recognised that the language is only one and all the
internal variants are just different evolution of the same language.

 For the translation I'm trying to respect this idea and I am selecting,
case by case, the most common word that seem to be more diffuse in different
variants. It's a effort but this can provide a translation that any
sardinian can read and understand.
