The things I do is website and documentation translations files.

For what I know the translation (source) files for the actual QGIS Desktop application are pulled from git to transifex, either automagicaly, OR once for every build/release by the release manager ...

At transifex I can see that:

master is updated today 14:17
3.10 is updated 27th of aug
3.14 is updated the 9th of sept
