I push the strings to transifex manually from time to time (for all release
branches and master; scripts/push_ts.sh).

The translations are pulled from transifex into the nightlies
(scripts/pull_ts.sh).

The translations are also pulled from transifex into git on release
(scripts/release.pl)

Pulling from git to transifex never happens - or if it does, it's not my fault
;)

As we also collect strings from python code and json files into the ts files
before pushing to transifex github integration would work, but I never checked.
