[Qgis-tr] Request to regenerate whole Korean 3.28 manuals

Thank you for the clarification. :)
Yes I noticed that some docs (especially Functions List from Expressions
Chapter) have a few strings added quite regularly, and we Korean community
will pay attention to them.
Now I am polishing up my translation, and there are some typos... so for
about a week I guess there will be some translation updates everyday, AND I
realized that should cover my request anyway.
So I withdraw my request, with my sincere apologies and gratitudes.
