[Qgis-tr] What is a typical Transifex community join response time?

Hey.
If I understand correctly, to start localization (or rather continue with
the existing one), I have to join the Transifex community to work on a
particular localization. I sent the join request a week ago, and it's still
no reaction.

So, what's a typical Transifex team response time? Am I right it's the only
way to fetch files necessary for the localization process?
