[Qgis-tr] Fwd: A new file 'qgis_en.ts (branch release-3_30)' was added to the project QGIS Desktop

So the translation will be propagated to new resource as "translation
branch" as stated in the link you posted and not by "translation memory" ?
This would be great because often the new translation come from
documentation resource and not from desktop.
