[Qgis-tr] About the resources for QGIS Desktop on Transifex

Hi all,
currently on Transifex there are the following resources available:

qgis-application
qgis_en.ts
release-3_34-qgis-application
release-3_38-qgis-application

I wonder why a "release-3_40-qgis-application" is missing while a 
"release-3_38-qgis-application" is listed although QGIS 3.38 is no 
longer supported.

I'd also like to know what is the purpose of the "qgis_en.ts" resource.
