[Qgis-tr] Contact for Traslate Qgis to spanish

Hello, my name is Felix FEDERICO. I am from to Argentine. I want to
collaborate by translating for QGIS, but it is being difficult for me to be
able to do it through transifex.com. I have detected that the donation page
is not translated into Spanish (https://donate.qgis.org/) and I would like
