  * must_fix:  Yes => No
  * milestone:  Version 1.0.0 => Version 1.0.1

Comment:

 I have removed the 'must fix' for release denotation for this bug since it
 requires using a non free library, and the underlying cause of the issue
 is unlikely to be resolved for the release. We can pursue the issue
 further in one of the 1.x.x bug fix releases.

 My apologies since kakadu support is no doubt important to the original
 ticket submitter but we need to prioritise what we can reasonably achieve
 for the release of 1.0

 Regards

 Tim
