 Seems as if this is a [http://trolltech.com/developer/task-
 tracker/index_html?id=212042&method=entry bug] in Qt v4.4.0 that is fixed
 in more recent versions. I found the problem on the Windows Kore-preview1
 version of qgis which is using Qt 4.4.0. It seems that Preview 2 uses Qt
 4.4.0 too. This bug can be closed once Qgis moves beyond using Qt 4.4.0
 (on windows that is).
