 In the vector properties dialog, a nice feature exists where you can
 change the fill style for multiple classes at once. Unfortunately, the
 outline style is greyed out, so the option does not exist to change
 outline styles for multiple items. It would be quite useful to have this
 functionality for outline styles in addition to fill styles.
