 Using QGIS 0.11 on Windows XP SP2.

 GRASS "Close Mapset" always returns "Cannot close mapset.  Cannot remove
 mapset lock: C:/Documents and
 Settings/user/grassdata/RSA/Geogrpahic/Training/.gislock"
