thanks! it works everything minus C)
The great news, seems to me, that a number of problems (all but one)
described here AND in #1079 have been solved.
This probably lead us back to the original title of #1079, "on the fly
projections do not work": as I pointed in C), if two layers differ for
towgs parameters in their crs, the shift is visible only if using a
geographic projection in the project definitions.
Please let me know if reopen this ticket, open a new one or leave things
as now, as seems we are back to #1079 original description.
