 r11235 adds larger formats
 [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paper_size#ANSI_paper_sizes ANSI A-E] and
 [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paper_size#Architectural_sizes Arch A-E1]
 and also allows to specify custom formats in inch (fixed #1538)
