#1738: duplicated objects in map composer

Priority: critical: causes crash or data corruption | Milestone: Version 1.2.0

1.) Open a QGIS-Project A (in my case some Shape and DB-Layers) where the
map composer contains at least one map window[[BR]]
2.) Change to QGIS-Project B with Open Recent Projects. This project
should also contain at least one map window in the map composer[[BR]]
 3.) Open the map composer[[BR]]
 4.) Close the map composer[[BR]]
5.) Change the QGIS-Project and open Project A[[BR]]
 6.) Open the map composer[[BR]]
 7.) Close the map composer[[BR]]
 8.) Save Project A[[BR]]
9.) If you now check the .qgs-File with a text editor you can already see
more than one composerMap. In QGIS you still see one map window[[BR]]
 10.) So close QGIS[[BR]]
11.) Open QGIS and load Project A. In the map composer you can see three
 map windows now.

I know this isn't a very reasonable example. But if you are working with
different projects you can easily run in these problems.[[BR]]

 Happens with code revision 10876

 thx
