I can see 2 of the 3 (Trench and FillHeight) rasters available in the
archive you posted. With the DEM GRASS returns that is not an valid or
recognized data source, but no crash at all.
So I believe you have a problem with your data and also with your qgis
installation under windows.
What steps did you followed to make a *clean* installation of qgis with
the osgeo4w installer?
