#1973: Projet name has to be separate of the QGIS version in the title bar of the
main window

In the title bar of the main window, title of the project (or name of the
project file) appear just after the name of the QGIS version, as in the
capture.
Project's name has to be separated from the QIS version with spaces or
something as " - ".
It happens on both Windows and Ubuntu releases, for all the 1.x releases.
