 To reproduce the bug:[[BR]]
 1. activate "Open identify results in a dock window"[[BR]]
 2. click somewhere outside the loaded objects

 -> the side panel is minimized (minimum width) and won't even go much
 wider if you then successfully identify a feature.

 Reproduced on XP and Ubuntu.
